		<description>@Lewis, I&#039;ve not used Courier on 10.6 since I&#039;ve switched to Dovecot some time ago. Dovecot performs a lot better then the Courier software stack. These instruction here are only for 10.5 and are there for historic reasons.</description>

		<description>When trying to configure for Mac 10.6 i get an error. The last lines of the output are:

checking for mysql_config... /usr/bin/mysql_config
checking for mysql_connect... no
checking for mysql_real_connect... no
configure: error: --with-authmysql specified but no mysqlclient.so

I have followed the instructions to the tee so far (I think). Is there an entry to a config file some where I need to change? Any other ideas, please? Can I go forward and install the remaining components to get the mail server running without the courier auth and then go back and fix it?</description>
